Plant Technician
As a Plant Technician with EC POWER, your essential duties will be to carry out and take ownership of activities such as:
- Maintain testing and fabrication equipment, networks, communications and other electrical and mechanical renovation needs at the facility to ensure reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair equipment as required. Recommend enhancements and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Schedule and conduct planned maintenance activities as well as respond to emergency maintenance issues.
- Prepare maintenance plans, log entries and report to management.
CFD Applications Engineer
As a CFD Applications Engineer with EC POWER, your essential duties will be to carry out and take ownership of activities such as:
- using our Li-ion and fuel cell software to solve internal and external client problems
- working with our partners and clients in a technical support role, to help troubleshoot technical and software issues which may arise
- assisting our model development and research staff in designing and creating commercial computer software for lithium ion batteries, fuel cells, and other electrochemical devices
- working with EC Power engineers and scientists, as well as directly with clients, to understand customer wants and needs; helping decide how to adapt the software and its pre- and post- processing to meet customer wants and needs
- helping to prepare documentation and user manuals
- marketing and selling our commercial products at conferences, trade shows, and other venues
- other related duties
Software Development Engineer
As a Software Development Engineer with EC POWER, your essential duties will be to carry out and take ownership of activities such as:
- developing, improving, and maintaining the software pre- and post-processing features
- working with our clients and product development team to quickly fix bugs in software
- taking a leading role in testing and quality assurance as part of our product development cycle
- helping to prepare documentation and user manuals
- functioning as a key member of our tech support team, taking responsibility for addressing clients’ concerns in a timely fashion

Battery Modeling Engineer
As a Battery Modeling Engineer with EC POWER, your essential duties will be to carry out and take ownership of activities such as:
- taking a leading role in our internal model development, creating commercial computer software for lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, and other electrochemical devices
- applying our Li-ion and fuel cell software to our clients’ pressing problems and rapidly solving these problems
- working with our partners and clients as a technical expert, to help address pressing technical needs
- helping to prepare documentation and user manuals
- marketing and selling our commercial products at conferences, trade shows, and other venues
- other related duties
Electrochemistry Laboratory Technician
As an Electrochemistry Laboratory Technician with EC POWER, your essential duties will be to carry out and take ownership of activities such as:
- maintaining laboratory safety, developing and following all required safety procedures, and ensuring all necessary safety compliance is met
- designing and creating experimental test hardware
- helping develop and set up necessary experiments
- assisting our scientists and engineers carry out laboratory experiments
- accurately recording experimental procedures in a lab book, summarizing results and writing reports
