EC Power joins GE Transportation and Air Products as recipients of prestigious grant from PA Department of Environmental Protection

EC Power has been selected as one of the four recipients of a highly prestigious Alternative Fuel Incentive Grant (AFIG) from Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. EC Power will be developing design software for enhanced Li-ion vehicle batteries that can enhance electric vehicle fuel efficiency by more than 50 percent.

The AFIG program is aimed to create new markets for alternative fuels in Pennsylvania which enhances energy security. The other three recipients of this grant are GE Transportation, Air Products and FYDA Freightliner. For more information, see this link.
