EC Power Work on Enhancing Battery Safety Featured in R&D Magazine

R&D magazine recently featured a built-in sensor in Li-ion batteries that could eliminate fire hazard, developed through the collaborative work between EC Power and the Penn State University. EC power’s AutoLionTM software played a crucial role in the development and validation of this novel reaction temperature sensor (RTS). The research was published in Scientific Reports, a journal in the Nature Publishing Group.
